- Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. With double sleeper couch in lounge (linen not provided). Available at minimal cost if needed or bring your own.
- Fully equipped kitchen (4-plate stove with oven; fridge / freezer plus microwave oven)
- Large covered veranda with outdoor table & chairs
- Private garden with its own stream flowing past
- Braai and garden furniture.

Firewood for the fireplaces is available at a minimal cost from the Reception Shop.
The units are serviced once a day, which includes dishwashing, emptying rubbish bins, cleaning the bathrooms and making the beds. Extra dishwashing can be arranged at a minimal cost.
Please note that Mount Park Guest Farm provides tranquil and peaceful Midlands Meander accommodation and no music and unruly behaviour are allowed unless a group booking has booked out the entire resort for a more lively party..
